Risoldi's Market & Catering is a hands on family owned and operated business Sixty years ago, Sam Risoldi Sr. (the Hanch), the son of Italian immigrants from Rome, was a young man working as a apprentice butcher. His hard work, determination, and foresight led him to become a premier butcher with his won butcher shop.
